Jennifer Kelber, CYKF, YKT
A long time yoga practitioner, Jennifer was inspired by family members to teach yoga herself. After investigating the different yoga programs that were out there, she found YogaKids and was immediately inspired by their philosophy and teaching techniques. She flew to Indiana to check into the YogaKids program and after the first day, she knew this is what she was supposed to do...help children.
Jennifer has since accomplished the two-year program required by YogaKids. By the end of the program, Jennifer was experienced and trained in teaching teenagers and children with special needs (e.g., ADD/ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy). She is knowledgeable in the human anatomy and the functions of the body.
"Overall, the best comment I was given was by a parent that was so happy her daughter finally found something she loved to do. Her daughter would cry on a soccer field or refuse to be a part of any team sport and as a result, was beginning to become out of shape. The first day of trying YogaKids, she went home to her mother and said: "I LOVE IT...I CAN DO IT!" She also had a problem with not being able to control her temper, especially when her older brother would make fun of her. One day, her brother was teasing her and her mother told me that she simply put her hands together, rested them in front of her chest, and said "I'm finding my happy place." These are the stories that make me realize this is what I am supposed to do in my life. I guess you could say I have found my 'purpose.'"
Jennifer is a resourceful and highly qualified instructor. Her excitement for yoga is infectious and children love participating in her open and playful classes.
Jennifer Ause, CYT
Jennifer first began her practice after the birth of her first child six years ago. An avid rock climber, her local California rock gym offered yoga classes and she soon found herself spending more time on the yoga mat than the rock! Soon after moving to Arizona, Jennifer's love and appreciation for her own practice guided her to a 500 hour advanced studies and teacher training program at Yoga Pura. As her understanding of the philosophies and practice deepened and she witnessed her own life transformation, she knew she must share this with others. Her teachings come straight from the heart and her intention is to share the gifts she has received through yoga. Jennifer is dedicated on her yoga path but enjoys the playful nature of life. Although challenging at times, her classes are light in spirit and always honoring to the body making them accessible to any level. She continually encourages each student to embrace themselves exactly as they are.
Having two young children, Jennifer was also drawn to share yoga with them. Having completed a workshop on teaching kids yoga, she began teaching at her children's school. It has been an amazing honor for her to work with children of all ages, hoping they come away from yoga with a sense of empowerment, purpose and a love for fun.

Theresa Janzen, CYT
Theresa, "Tree" as her friends call her for her love of nature, has always loved working with people so teaching just comes naturally to her.
Born and raised in Milwaukee WI, Theresa had already found a love for body movement by finding gymnastics as a child. Her parents had a very free spirit way of life and helped her find yoga as a teen. After working in a factory for five years she decided to take time for worldly travels only to find that the one thing you always have in life is Peace within yourself. Her free spirit later then led her to Arizona only to find that yoga would become the pathway to her life. After spending time in AZ she realized that she needed to take her love for yoga one step further and share what she learned with others. She then took a couple months of to study yoga on her own then her dedication to yoga led her to the mountains of Colorado for intensive training and spiritual development. After returning back to AZ she began teaching right away, subbing for other teachers and in gyms. Learning that she needed more freedom then what she could get in the gyms she found Yoga for Everyone.
Theresa's perfect blend of structure and freedom allow for a challenging yet spontaneous experience.
