We are located in the "Valley of the Sun" where the sun shines brightly with brilliant azure blue skies 350 days/year! Stars shine brightly at night (The Milky Way Galaxy is often visible with the naked eye), thanks to Anthem's Dark Sky lighting and its extremely low humidity, which results in a very black night sky.

Anthem is built on the foothills of Daisy Mountain. Our studio is nestled in a fabulous new community in north Maricopa County Arizona. The community offers a wide variety of housing, medical, commercial, recreational and educational facilities for all, in its beautiful central Arizona desert setting. The area is lush with Cacti and diverse desert vegetation and animals, including Coyote and Javelina, who roam thru Anthem's many open areas and desert washes.

Anthem offers virtually every type of business, with our studio being one of the newest openings in 2005. Our studio and other commercial properties offer quick access to I-17, nearby access to Loop-101, easy commute location with a growing educated labor force, dot-com ready infrastructure, new technology, close to Arizona State University (ASU) West Campus, Glendale Community College and Thunderbird School of International Management.

The area homeowners enjoy a 5,800 acre community park with stocked lakes for fishing (catch & release fishing), its own Park Railroad known as The Daisy Mountain Railroad and many smaller parks throughout the community. Anthem is set in an incredible lush Sonoran Desert landscape, with views of nearby mountains, spectacular Arizona-style sunsets, and views of the Phoenix North Valley.

Anthem has two championship golf courses winding thru the desert and community, including two large clubhouses and great well equipped health and fitness centers to give residents workouts and aerobic exercise. Massage and steam rooms are also available for Anthem resident country club members. Lunch and Dinner at The Country Club's upscale Bar & Grill is always ready for residents hungry after a vigorous or relaxing yoga practice.
